Time for Thanksgiving

As Canadian Thanksgiving approaches and we plan to spend time together sharing in our abundance and gratitude, I want to stop and be mindful of this community that is here, right now, present in this moment.

Thank you for walking with me on this journey.

It’s been just over a year since I started writing this blog and sharing my thoughts, musings, and what I’m noticing as life unfolds.

Thank you for opening up your hearts and minds to me.

Two years ago I could never have imagined sharing myself so publicly and openly. The thought of putting my voice out there used to scare me to death – I mean, for reals – sweaty palms, increased heart rate, shallow breathing, foggy brain, and doubt lurking everywhere.

Thank you for being willing to let me be a small part of your life.

This means the world to me and my heart has grown and expanded because of our connection.

And so, to Maya Angelou’s point – please know that you all have made me feel seen, heard and known and that is healing parts of me you can’t even imagine.

Thank you for supporting me in all the small and big ways that you show up in my life.

May I never forget how you have made me feel.

With much love and gratitude xox
